Symptoms

Siebel IP2016 - Local Database Display Issues

Customer has extracted a Siebel Remote User local database as one of the instance for Oracle XE after upgrading to Siebel IP2016 with patchset 11. Further for the same Remote user they are able to downloaded the local database and also login successfully. But after login in the views does not display correctly for the Remote User. However it displays all the views correctly when log into other Clients (like SAMPLE DB and Dedicated Client.)

 

Changes

 Customer has recently upgrade from Siebel Release 8.1.1.10 to IP16.11
