Customer is reporting an issue with using Oracle Sequence in Table Column.

Problem Description:
They are migrating their DB from MSSQL to Oracle.
They have a column from a table that up to now, it's being filled by the identity column from MSSQL. Now in Oracle they have created a sequence in db called "SECUENCIA". The last one is on SIEBEL schema, and they have granted the sequence to the SSE_ROLE.

Also in Tools, in column section of their table, they have filled the "Sequence Object" property and in their Business Component, They have filled the "Oracle sequence object" property... both with "SECUENCIA" as value.

The problem is the column is required, so when they try to save a new record, the error is:
(SBL-DBC-00111)[2]ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("SIEBEL"."S_SRC"."X_BG_NRO_SECUENCIAL")ORA-06512: at line 6
