Alarm Popup Sound is Not Triggering

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Alarm Popup Sound should get triggered

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create an Alarm.
2. Specify Start Time and End Time.
3. Check the Alarm Checkbox.
4. Set Alarm Lead Time for 15 mins.
