The customer is running XMLP purge process but it does not delete all the records. Further analyzing we could find that there is a difference in number of records between S_XMLP_REPOUTPT and S_REPOUTPT_PSTN. As per the SQLs found in the logs, XMLP purge process will only remove reports if records are present in both the tables.
The difference in records between the tables could be because the customer started using 7.x and gradual upgrades happened on the course and the current version is IP15. The table S_REPOUTPT_PSTN was introduced in 184.108.40.206 only.
