Information in this document applies to any platform.
Email profile has been configured to send outbound emails with F9 functionality from a GMAIL account but it shows the below errors:
When using the below profile parameters:
Enable SSL for SMTP = TRUE
Enable TLS for SMTP = FALSE
SMTP Server Port = 465
The error means that the system is not establishing a TLS encrypted connection before trying to authenticate and send mail.
