Siebel Application not able to read files from File system
User is not able to access any attachments from the Siebel file system. It does not give any error, but, it cannot open the attachment either, tries for a few seconds and them goes back to the view.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to CMOD CCQ Case Attachment Applet
2. Try to access new or old attachment
3. hour glass shows up
