Error SBL-CFG-00217 Proper Conflict Message Is Not Populating On Click Of Customize Button In Task Based UI (Doc ID 2275205.1)

Symptoms

On :  8.1.1.11.11 [IP2013] version, Task Based UI

Proper Conflict Message is not populating on click of Customize button in Task Based UI  

Raising an Order through Task. Expecting a proper conflict message to be populated on click of customize button. Instead below error is populated.


If the same order is customized from Sales Order screen, either econfig page or a proper conflict message is displayed.

[1] Error invoking service 'SIS OM PMT Service', method 'Reconfigure Product Instance' at step 'Reconfigure Product Instance'.(SBL-BPR-00162)
[2] Unsatisfied Requirement.(SBL-CFG-00217)




STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create order through TBUI
2.click of Customize button in Task Based UI
3. check details
