Siebel Open UI: Some Toolbar Icons (Settings, PDQ) Become Not Visible on Phone in Portrait Mode (Doc ID 2276380.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Siebel Mobile – Definitions Button Not Visible

After upgrading to Patch Set 16.12, Definitions and PDQ buttons have disappeared in Siebel Mobile Application.

                   

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Those buttons should be visible.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup Mobile Application
2. Apply PS 16.12
3. Check UI for buttons presence.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use PDQs / other features provided by the respective buttons.

 Patch Set 16.12 was applied on existing environment
