ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

 'TAS Coach' Button is disabled on Opportunity -> TAS -> Competitive Analysis Applet

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
TAS Coach button should be enabled

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Opportunity ->Target Account Selling -> Competitive Analysis.
2. Click on 'TAS Coach' button on second applet.
3. Applet Name = 'TAS Opportunity Competitive Strategy Applet' 'TAS Coach' Button is disabled.
