On : 15.4 [IP2015] version, System Admin

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Siebel Application not accessible post login . Application URL was accessible, however post login, application was not responding and blank page was received.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Siebel Application should be accessible post login.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue cannot be reproduced at will. 

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access the application. Customer had to reboot the OS to resolve the issue.
