Siebel Mobile Web Client SQL Error (Doc ID 2278977.1)

Customer is facing problems when opening the Developer Web Client, which always has a SQL error when opening the Home Page or the Account Summary.
The query is OK and all the tables are applied (they used the "dbisqlc.exe" tool and try to execute the mentioned query and it seems it's ok except that the result two wide which seems related to the tool itself and not to web client).


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the dedicated client's home page.
