SSSE: Outlook Add-on Shows As Inactive In Outlook Add-on List (Doc ID 2279161.1)

Symptoms

Customer noticed that after installing the SSSE Outlook Add-In, that Outlook doesn't recognize the Add-on and it shows as "Inactive". When the customer tries to manually enable the Add-on a error is being generated listing:

"There are no add-in property pages to display"

The issue can be reproduced by the following steps:

1. Install the 8.1.1SIA[21111] Outlook Add-in.
2. Install IP15 or IP16 Outlook Add-in (With workaround mentioned in Document:2071284.1).

b. Open Outlook > File > Options > Add-Ins review that Siebel Outlook Add-in is disabled.

3. Click to manually enable the Siebel Outlook Add-in
