Siebel Mobile : Siebel Mobile App Fails With Error Can not connect to server With HTTPS (Doc ID 2279722.1)

Symptoms

User is able to  open the application in Siebel Mobile App with http,  but not working if it is https. In browser user  able to login to the application with https enabled.

When user try to launch application with Siebel Mobile App on iOS device with HTTPS  , it fails with error - "Cannot connect to server. Please check the settings"
