DatePicker Not Working (Doc ID 2279749.1)

Symptoms

On : 16.9 [IP2016] version, Configuration - General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer has validation message set at BusComp_PreSetFieldValue. When the validation message for TheApplication().RaiseErrorText("Error"); is shown, After that message, user is not able to open Date picker.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customer has validation message set at BusComp_PreSetFieldValue. When the validation message for TheApplication().RaiseErrorText("Error"); is shown, After that message, user should be allowed to update dates using date picker.


Changes

 The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create simple validation for Duration field in Action BC:

2. Compile the changes and open webclient application.

3. Navigate to Activities list view and create a new activity.

4. In the below form applet, select duration as "15". Validation popup will

come. Click Ok to close the validation message.

5. Now try to open any date picker i.e. Start , End , Due etc.
