Login In ENU Session Display Problem

Login in ENU session display problem
I have a strange problem. We have to network domain. DEV containing UNIT,FONC,INTG,ACCP environment and INTRA containing Pre-production and production environment.
Our main object manager (FINS) is in french (FRA) in SSO authentication mode. Works fine for me in every environment. When I try to login in our pre-prod or production environment in ENU database authentication mode, I login and after I have a very strange display and cannot work. It's only environment in INTRA domain. Upon logging in to Home page, I do not see the correct UI and no data. Connecting in ENU in the DEV domain no problem it works fine. Upon logging in to Home page, I see the correct UI and data.
I don't understand whats happening. The behavior is the same if I try to connect on a different desktop and it's the same with every browser (chrome, IE, Firefox).
