Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.9 [23016] version, Loyalty

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While trying to perform Points transfer, the Submit to Field is read only

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The field should be editable to be able to select the Target Member

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Member (source) >> transactions view
2. create new record and try selecting the target member in the Submit To Field
