F9 Functionality Integrated with Outlook in OPEN UI (Doc ID 2280354.1)

Customer has integrated  F9 functionality with Outlook in Open UI. When pressing F9 the following error occurs: SBL-EML-00018: [Microsoft Outlook] אינו נתמך לשם שליחת דוא"ל מדפדפן זה. לקבלת מידע נוסף, פנה למנהל המערכת.

In Open UI F9 functionality integrated with Outlook should not generate any errors. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. configure F9 functionality to work  with Outlook in Open UI
2. Press F9
3. Notice the error: SBL-EML-00018

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use F9 functionality integrated with Outlook
