No Swse Logs After Patch From 15.0 To 15.18 (Doc ID 2280462.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

No swse logs after Patch from 15.0 to 15.18

Hello,
we just patched our Siebel Enterprise Server and SWSE from 15.0 to 15.18.
After the Patch we noticed that no swse logs are generated any more.
To our knowledge the settings in eapps.cfg or SIEBEL_LOG_EVENTS have not been touched.

we have SIEBEL_LOG_EVENTS=5, also tried with 4 and 3.

in eapps.cfg:
[swe]
Language = deu
Log = errors

also tried with Log = details.

IIS has been restarted and also the machine has been booted several times.

We have followed the suggestions in the SRs regarding this subject but nothing helped.

Could this be an issue with PS18?

Please advise how we can troubleshoot this.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

SWSE logs should be generated.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply patch set 18 to IP2015.
2. Set environment variable SIEBEL_LOG_EVENTS = 5
3. Verify in eapps.cfg swe section Log = errors

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access SWSE logs for session monitoring.
