Siebel CalDAV integration charset encoding (Polish language) issue using MacOS calendar app.

An integration CalDAV with Siebel Innovation Pack 2016 has been set and works. Create new appointment using build-in Calendar application on Apple MacOS and set meeting subject or comments with Polish characters (e.g. łążźóŁęąńć). New appointment is synchronized to Siebel 16 but Polish characters are converted to strange characters: ółęęńńńśśśąąą ĄĄŁŁÓÓĘĘĘŃŃŃ. After synchronization with Siebel the same strange characters are displayed on MacOS on appointment record (appointment details are replaced/refreshed).

Synchronization in opposite direction - appointment with Polish characters created in Siebel and synchronizes to MacOS Calendar - works fine. Polish characters in Siebel and MacOS are displayed properly.

Calendar entry should show polish characters or other umlauts characters properly.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Integrate Siebel CalDAV
2. Sync new appointment to Siebel
3. Sync MacOS calendar with Siebel
