Bookmark Conflict With Toggle Appet - Error SBL-UIF-00401

When using Create bookmark functionality with toggle applet the following error message is received:
View: Account Detail View does not contain applet: Retail Outlet Profile Applet.(SBL-UIF-00401)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Go to the view "Accounts List"
2) Drilldown on an Account record, which field "Account Type" is "Retailer"
3) After the drilldown, select the "More Info" page tab
-> At this point, as the Account Type is "Retailed" the bottom applet of the view is no longer the view default "Account Profile Applet", but the toggled "Retail Outlet Profile Applet"
4) With the bottom applet selected (focus), go to the application menu "File -> Create Bookmark"
-> The bookmark popup will be displayed.
5) Copy the url as suggested on the text
6) Select another different screen/View, as "Contacts" for instance
7) Then paste on the browser url the previously copied bookmark
8) The above error message will be displayed and the user is redirected to the Home screen
