iHelp Having Issue Adding Siebel CX Partner Portal Application (Doc ID 2281206.1)

Customer discovered that when they try to add the Siebel CX Partner Portal Application to their iHelp that it would generate errors:

Please continue or ask your systems administrator to check your application configuration if the problem persists.(SBL-DBC-00111)
[2][Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0][SQL Server]Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'APP_NAME', table 'siebp.dbo.S_TASK_APP'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails.
[3][Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0][SQL Server]The statement has been terminated.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Select iHelp
  2. Create new iHelp option
  3. Select application picklist and select the plus sign

  4. In the Application drop down select "Siebel CX Partner Portal"

  5. Note that the error will be generated.
