Transaction Processing Failures With The Error ‘Promo Id Not Found (SBL-LTY-00124)' Using Workflow Process Manager (Doc ID 2281984.1)

Symptoms

 When a Transaction is processed from the airline view we call the Tuned processing Workflow VIA the “ LOY Engine Process Object “  This Work Flow  will explicitly call the tuned Workflow in context of the Real time engine thus the component used will be the LOY Engine.

However. for cancellation processing, the Workflow is called directly, call the hence the chances are that the component used might be the Workflow  component rather than the LOY engine . The observation made is that the cache is not in Sync and that is leading to processes getting processed by Workflow are going into Rejected Engine Mode.

The same error has also been seen when running the LOY engine directly. The doc id : Loyalty Batch Engine Fails While Processing Buckets With SBL-LTY-00124 (Doc ID 1203560.1) has the solution to this issue.
