On : 16.4 [IP2016] version, Configuration - General

We have observed that in the application if the joined fields are used as rich text field they appear as Editable on Initial Load. This behavior is seen only if there is more than one Rich Text Field exposed on Applet.
Joined field has to be read only always but it appears as read/write in the UI

Joined field should appear as Read only

The issue can be reproduced in vanilla.
1) Navigate to sitemap>Suspects
2) Select View- HLS Suspect List View>Applet- HLS Suspect Form Applet Header
3) Expose Controls mappping to Fields -Comments and Occupation in the Applet.
4) Make sure that the Occupation field is in readwrite mode and Comments field readonly.

Set the following property for the Control- Comments
Read Only = True
HTML Type = RTC Embedded
Run time = True
