Siebel Upgrade Seed Data Step Fails With Incorrect syntax error near ‘50003’ or ‘50004’ or ‘50005’ and returns NULL as ROW_ID For SQL Statement exec tmp_daily_end_dt (Doc ID 2283365.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run upgrep step in Development or Production mode, the upgrep step fails when trying to upgrade data after seed import with below errors and execution of the SQL Statement with stored procedure "exec tmp_daily_end_dt" also fails with error as seen in upgwiz.log (Windows) or srvrupgwiz.log (UNIX)

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade from any of the lower versions to IP2017 or later
2. Make sure that the Development or Production upgrade mode is selected that initiates upgrep step
3. Check to see if the upgrep process completes without errors.
