Issue description:-

1.Customer's first action (added PreDefault to Field "ReportGenerationStartTime") worked fine for the Generation of the report as Attachment with a Button.
   But the generation as E-Mail Attachment didn't work anymore (got error SBL-DAT-00418, please see below), so they removed PreDefault

    from  Field "ReportGenerationStartTime"to Field "Time Generated" in BC "Report Output BC".

2.Customer gets SBL-DAT-00418-error, when he tries to generate any report in the normal way with the Reports-Button in the Siebel Menu:
    "You have attempted to insert the value for the column 'GEN_DATE' in the table 'S_XMLP_REPOUTPT' twice in the same statement. (SBL-DAT-00418)"
