Open UI - Facing Issue With Owner Selection In Calendar

On : 15.17 [IP2015] version, Configuration - General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Calendar Owner Change doesn't get captured correctly.

Customer is using Siebel 15.17 and have a new Calendar functionality in their application.
On selecting owner after the first toggle applet change the GetEmployeeId method doesn't show the correct Owner selected.

GetEmployeeId is a vanilla method.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Owner should set from the Advanced Calendar Settings

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1)Login to Siebel Application
2)Go to sitemap-->Administration-Group-->Select Parent Position as Siebel Administrator for few Positions 3)Go to Sitemap-->Administartion-User-->Employee-->Add Positions (which are having Parent Position as Siebel Administrator) for few Users
4)Go to Calendar Screen (View: LS Pharma HI Activity Calendar View). Default applet is activity list applet
5)In the activities List Applet, select 'Contacts' from toggle drop down
6)In Calendar applet, click on Advanced Calendar Settings-->from the settings pop up, change the owner and click on 'OK'.
7)Now again click on 'Advanced Calendar Settings' to check whether owner is changed or not.
Note: Observed that previous owner is displaying.

Due to this issue, users cannot see the refreshed data for the selected owner.
