Unable To Use Tab Key On Base Mode List Applet

On : 16.10 [IP2016] version, Client Functionality

Tab key on fields does not work on Base Mode List applet.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set "HLS Case Activity List applet" to Base Mode
2. In the applet the field cannot be selected for tabbing
