Applies to:

Siebel CRM - Version [21233] and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

On : [21233] version, Order Management

While updating a number attribute using SWI Order Upsert webservice using LICValue tag, a non-ENU component updates CHAR_VAL column of S_ORDER_ITEM_XA table instead of NUM_VAL.

The same works as expected from an ENU component

1) Create an attribute Test_Num attribute of type Number
2) Add to Class and to a product Test_Prod
3) Create a Sales Order and select the Product
Using web service SWI Order Upsert update the Attribute with LICValue.

Result : The LICValue tag updates CHAR_VAL column of S_ORDER_ITEM_XA table instead of NUM_VAL
