ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While updating a number attribute using SWI Order Upsert webservice using LICValue tag, a non-ENU component updates CHAR_VAL column of S_ORDER_ITEM_XA table instead of NUM_VAL.
The same works as expected from an ENU component
STEPS
-----------------------
1) Create an attribute Test_Num attribute of type Number
2) Add to Class and to a product Test_Prod
3) Create a Sales Order and select the Product
Using web service SWI Order Upsert update the Attribute with LICValue.
Result : The LICValue tag updates CHAR_VAL column of S_ORDER_ITEM_XA table instead of NUM_VAL
