Siebel DISA 2.17.6 module configured to use configuration for multi user environments is not working properly sporadically. It has been configured as per Document 2259966.1 - Multi-user Environment DISA Deploy Guide.
Now when the Windows User to Port file list is store in a Windows shared file system, sometime when DISA starts it does not open the correct port assigned and keep using the default port 18443 which is incorrect.
If the Windows User to Port file list is stored in a local driver on the workstation it works fine. DISA should always open on the designated port of the Windows User on the Remote/Virtual environment even if the file with port assignment is store in a Windows shared File System.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install DISA 2.17.6
2. Configure it for a Multi-user Environment DISA as per Document 2259966.1
3. Store the Windows User to Port file list on a shared folder on your network.
4. Start DISA, it may open it on the correct port the first time.
5. Try to edit the Windows User to Port file list and close and open DISA several time, sometimes we can see in the disa log file that it used the default port 18443, which is wrong and DISA will fail.
