Siebel IP16 Application Showing Blank Page After Login (Doc ID 2286368.1)

Symptoms

Issue Description:

Blank page on logging in to the application after upgrade IP2013 to Siebel 16.13..Customer upgraded their application from IP13 to IP16 using one step IRM upgrade process.

There were no errors seen in the upgrade process, however the application after logging in getting a blank screen after the upgrade.

Found some theme files missing in the table S_UI_OBJECTS table and throws error like "404 errors" at Browser's Console.

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Ran IRM successfully from IP13 to siebel 16.13.

2. When logging in to the application,seeing a blank page.
