In-Eligible Product Show up in Catalog Search View Even with EligibilityDisplayMode Set To 2

On : 188.8.131.52  version, Order Management
When EligibilityDisplayMode is set to 2, the product which are not eligible do not show up in the Catalog search view. However on navigating to another view and coming back to the Catalog search view, the in-eligible product shows up .
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Orders>Catalog>Search view
2. Query for in eligible-product, the products do not show up
3. Navigate to another view and come back the product is visible.
