Symptoms
During doc generation the Merged.doc does not get deleted and resulting in error SBL-EDC-00162: [Microsoft Word Basic OLE Automation]
During steps exposed this behavior on the doc server.
- Generate new Correspondence document using template1.
- merged.doc is getting generated.
- Generate another Correspondence document using template2.
- Same merged.doc is used.
Doc server logs show below error:
Seems after selecting a template, the new document is created using the previous template.
The temp file merged.doc is not moved/deleted after this operation.
