On : 15.10 [IP2015] version, Client Functionality
Sporadically for some Account records in the view Channel Partner Proposal View for some Partner (Account) records DISA failed to open the attachment for Inline Editing.
The same machine/user can try other Partners and it may work or not during the same Siebel session or after open a new session.
The issue can be reproduced at will for some Partner record in some views:
1. Login a Siebel User
2. Go to Channel Partner Proposal View
3. For some Partners records try to open an attachment for inline editing, the following error show up:
Cannot communicate with Desktop Integration Siebel Agent! Please check firewall settings of your machine and make sure it can connect to Siebel server.(SBL-UIJ-52873)
In disa_xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.log log files the following error can be observed too:
