ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to Generate Correspondence Templates in Siebel Document Server which is configured in a Heterogeneous Environment using Mounting Software

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install MS office 2013 in Windows 2012 R2 machine
2. setup siebel document application server in windows
3. Once setup completed, try to generate correspondence where it shows generating status only
