Updating The Start Date In Program Schedule Creates Lots Of Duplicate Activities And Runs Campaign Multiple Times (Doc ID 2290851.1)

Symptoms


  When i create a schedule at the program, and then i change the start time for the activities item which the repeat flag is Y and the active flag is Y, after that it will automate generate the all the activities item till the start date is equal to until date, and runs all these activities item at the same time.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Activity should be scheduled for the changed time.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. set the program schedule as normal
2. 2. After that, we change the start date.
3. 3. It will automate generate all the activities items for the schedule and runs it at the same time

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot reschedule the program.
