Auto update Service Region not applying when navigating back to Dispatch Board Screen (Doc ID 2291353.1)

On : 15.16 [IP2015] version, Field Service

User Pref -> Dispatch Board -> Service Region setting not reflecting while navigation from view -> Screen

User Pref -> Dispatch Board -> Service Region setting should reflect in all cases.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
From User Pref-> Dispatch Board
Auto Update Service Region - False

Service Region: Sevice Region1 (Select any Service Region)

Navigate to Dispatch Board.
Employess from Service Region 1 will be dispalyed.
Select any other Service Region 2 clicking service region button and selecting one.

Navigate to any other view by selecting from the view drop down i.e Un scheduled Activities.
And now Navigate to any other screen and navigate back to Dispatch Board screen .

The Default Service reigion 1 is not selected.

The issue has the following business impact:
 Service Region selected from User Pref is not taking effect when navigating from View to screen.
