Siebel Remote: Database Extract (DbXtract) Tasks Failing with SBL-SRB-00061 Error (Doc ID 2291417.1)

Siebel Remote / Replication / Anywhere - on version: 16.0 [IP2016]

Siebel IP16 Upgrade: Local DB Extraction Failed after upgrade of the application from to 16.7.

As part of accessing Local DB, Generate New Database Job was successfully ran and completed.
As a next step while running Database Extraction Job (from UI) , it went to active for few minutes ,but it got failed after several attempts - throwing error:

SBL-SRB-00061: Process DbXtract on Siebel Server VM-DD53-8D8A terminated.

The issue could be reproduced on customer's environment with the following steps:
1. Setup Siebel Remote environment if case after upgrade completion;
2. Run GenNewDB task and see it completes fine;
3. Start DbXtract task and see that failing with indicated error.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Mobile or Developer users cannot have their Local database(s) extracted and initialized for Client/Tools.
