Applet Layout Controls Misaligned With Grid Layout

On : [IP2013] version, Client Functionality

The fields and controls in Service Request Detail View's applets are not aligned

Fields and controls in the applets should be aligned to the grid layout

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Navigate to Service Requests screen > Service Requests List
2) Drill down on a SR number
3) Note that some of the fields and controls are misaligned and/or have uneven spaces between them
