Symptoms

On : 15.16 [IP2015] version, Territory Management

We have direct account rules.  The accounts were previously added to the Territories by Intermediate Alignment.
Now we are getting this error - SBL-ASG-50404 from Run Alignment for Territory Alignment for dropping one account in a Minor alignment.

ERROR

SBL-ASG-50404: No records exist for Request Id '1-SNY1FY' on Running Territory Alignment process
