ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Print functionality issue in Siebel

The Siebel print vanilla functionality is not in proper format. Especially this is observed when field columns are of long type eg: Description, Comments .

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Siebel print vanilla functionality should work for field columns of long type

 

STEPS TO REPLICATE THE BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to My Activities
2. Create activity of Type=Email Outbound
3. Add Description = a long text value
4. Print Preview
5. The description is not displayed in the Description box
