Usage Pattern Tracking (UPT) Is Adding Special Characters In The CSV Files

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Usage Pattern Tracking is adding special characters in the CSV files. The CSV files and the UPT view report contains invalid characters in “Event Context” column.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable UPT in system preferences
2. Stop and restart the siebel server
3. Log a user in Siebel app
4. Navigate to view that is been tracked by the UPT.
5. Log out.
6. Observe the UPT view shows invalid characters in the event context column.
