The Users when clicks next to the hyperlink instead of on the hyperlink in the Find Results Applet, the record is greyed out and you can no longer drill down.
1. Search for any Account using FIND> Account and click GO
2. In the Find Results Applet,click next to the hyperlink field.
3. At this point the hyperlink is unusable/inactive.
