STATEMENT OF ISSUE/ ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:
Periodic error when dispatching activities. This started after upgraded Production environment from IP2014 to IP2016.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Drag an activity from the list applet to the dispatch board applet.
2. Drop it on the correct service technician at the desired time.
This operation is not allowed when there are no records displayed. Please execute a query that returns at least one record or add a new record. (SBL-DAT-00215)
The issue has the following business impact:
Business Impact: So far it has only created problems for some users get.
