Clicking on composer "hammer" button, a Siebel login page appear with a "hardcored" SADMIN - not able to login

On : 16.0 [IP2016] version, Installation

when ever we select active workspace and then "hammer(workspace)" icon, it ask for SADMIN(user-read only) password. After providing correct password it says "invalid password.

invalid password.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

- Open Callcenter application.
- Click the workspace icon.
- Create a new workspace.
- Leave of workspaces view.
- Click the hammer icon.
- Introduce the user/password again.
- It shows an error: "Invalid Password"

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access workspace properly
