"Remember My UserId' Not Working For Partner Portal (Doc ID 2296455.1)

Customer discovered that when they use the "Remember My UserId" option when logging into the Partner Portal that it does not work as desired.  They are presented with a error:

"Invalid user name and password were entered"

This was discovered to happen in both Chrome or Firefox browsers.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Access partner portal URL, where you are presented with a login page that is pre-populated with values for login and password
2. Click 'Enter' or click on the login button. You will receive an error message "invalid username and password were entered".
3. Click 'OK'. The login and password fields are cleared.
4. Notice, instead of clicking on 'Login' button, click in password field. Now the 'Login' button will work.
