Deletion/Removal of Duplicate of Accounts from D&B Screen
Dear Oracle Support Team,
We have a business need of deleting Duplicate(non-active) Accounts from the D&B Screen.
As part of the D&B Update Manager process it uses the RTI configuration files (dnbmaps.sql ), which was capable of deleting D&B account.To enable delete of D&B account, modification of out of the box D&B upload process is required.
Kindly could you please assist/advice -
1)Solution approach to enable delete of D&B account. or to exclude/remove duplicate records in D&B Screen
2)Any Impact if any,deleting rows in the target table.
