Siebel CTI User Logout From Phone Sporadically While Working With Siebel CTI Toolbar

After upgrade to Siebel OpenUI mode, sporadically Siebel CTI users complains that he is logout from the Siebel CTI Toolbar, Siebel Application still works.
The Siebel CTI user should not be logout from the Siebel CTI Toolbar sporadically.
The issue can NOT be reproduced at will and it is very sporadically. it happens anytime during the business hours. This issue occurs with users who are connected in office network and also work from home user
There was an upgrade to Genesys CTI Driver 7.5 as part of the Siebel OpenUI upgrade.
