Transformation Order is Not Working in Upgraded Application for Specific Product (SBL-BPR-00162) (Doc ID 2297220.1)

Symptoms

User are facing issues while creating transformation order for a product in 15.18 environment.

The process fails in WF "ISS Promotion Add To Promotion Process" at step "Filter Prom Related Asset List" with below error:

[1] Error invoking service 'ISS Promotion Management Service', method 'FilterListByActiveDoc' at step 'Filter Prom Related Asset List'.(SBL-BPR-00162)
[2] An end of file error has occurred.

At step "Load Promotion Related Assets", there are different outputs in the previous 8.1.1.5 environment compared to the upgraded 15.18 environment.
