Audit Trail Does Not Record Some Events For A Specific Remote User (Doc ID 2298097.1)

On : [IP2014] version, Client Functionality

Audit trail does not record New Activities for a specific Remote user.

For buscomp "In Store Visit" and "In Store Activity", Audit Trail should capture New and Modified records.
For user ABC, Audit Trail captures only the records changed: Audit Trail does not capture New records for this user.

Users are remote clients.
Audit Trail is not filtered on any responsibility, user or position.

Audit trail should record the same events for users in the same category: Audit Trail should capture New and Modified operations.

1. Login to remote client.
2. Make local changes:
    a. Create a new record.
    b. Update an activity.
3. Perform Synchronization.
4. Review Audit Trail in Master.
