Symptoms

On : 15.16 [IP2015] version, Client Functionality

Selecting on Search Applet via Dispatch Board doesn't clear the Service Region filter

STEPS


Scneario#1:


1. Default view is Unscheduled Activities. Default Service Region = Australia. Pick a service region (eg NT)
2. Open the Search applet. Put a search spec (eg Last Name). Employee list applet is filtered with Service Region and Search applet criteria
3. Click on . Service Region is defaulted back to Australia and employee filter is removed

Scenario#2:


1. Default view is Unscheduled Activities. Default Service Region = Australia. Pick a service region (eg NT)
2. Open the Search applet. Put a search spec (eg Last Name). Employee list applet is filtered with Service Region and Search applet criteria
3. Switch to different view within Dispatch View (eg Declined)
4. Navigate back to Unscheduled Activities view. Employee filter is removed but service region filter is still retained
5. Open the search applet. Put a search spec (eg Last Name). Employee list applet is filtered with Service Region and Search applet criteria
6. Click on . Employee filter is removed but Service Region is not defaulted back to Australia
